Provenance

A spring in the volcanic heart of France

The source

Source Saint-Géron

The spring rises in the volcanic heart of France, in a valley where the rock still remembers the fire that made it.

The catchment is protected, and the water arrives at the surface already carbonated by the earth itself.

The journey

Through ancient rock

Rain and snowmelt descend slowly through fractured volcanic and glacial strata, gathering calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate along the way.

The result is a naturally balanced composition — 340 mg/L of dissolved solids and a neutral pH of 7.8.

Today

Pure. Balanced. Exceptionally French.

Bottled in glass at the source with its own gas, Saint-Géron keeps its fine, persistent bubbles from the spring to the table.

A sparkling water made for the meal, not louder than it.
