NeblinaH₂O

A water born in mystery. Perfected by nature.

Bottle of Neblina H2O natural mineral water

Neblina H2O is a rare natural mineral water sourced from the Meseta de Somuncurá, deep within the Patagonian Andes of Argentina.

Naturally filtered through ancient rock and native forest, it emerges with an exceptionally pure composition and extraordinary mineral balance.

A tribute to 15 years of discovery and conservation of endemic species in the Mesenia–Paramillo Reserve.

Provenance

A spring on the Patagonian steppe

The plateau

Meseta de Somuncurá

Somuncurá is a basalt plateau in the Patagonian interior — a volcanic tableland rising out of the steppe, isolated enough that much of what lives on it lives nowhere else.

Water moving through that basalt picks up very little. It arrives almost as light as rain.

The reserve

Fifteen years of discovery

The brand grew out of long-running conservation work in the Mesenia–Paramillo Reserve, where fifteen years of field study catalogued endemic species found in no other place.

The bottle carries a hummingbird for that reason: the water and the species share a watershed and a fate.

The glass

A water that disappears

With a dry residue of 22 mg/L, Neblina is among the lightest mineral waters bottled anywhere.

There is almost nothing on the palate to notice — which is exactly what makes it a water for tasting rooms, for long meals, and for drinking all day.
